DAKSH '10 | |
The School of Management conducted an intercollegiate Management Fest 'DAKSH-10', in 21st December 2010 at De Paul Institute of Science and Technology (DIST) Angamaly. This was an entirely new venture of the School of Management and aimed at finding young geniuses who are ready to share their specific potential and talents. | |
COLLABORATION WITH FOREIGN UNIVERSITIES | |
The School of Management is dedicated to keep students abreast with the latest knowledge and Management practices. We have a policy to go an 'extra mile' that makes our students to interact and to attend classes and lectures from reputed Professors from foreign universities. School of Management has a Memorandum Of Understanding with 'DEPAUL University, Chicago' whereby students from USA campus come over to DIST to study and exchange information and experience with our School of Management. This program is named as the 'Leadership Program' which is conducted in the month December of each year. There will be a nominal fee for this program and is open to all students of the 3rd semester. A Special Certificate is issued by the DEPAUL University Chicago for this program. We are also planning to have a corresponding hibernation program in the United States. | |

NIPM Kerala Chapter organized an Interactive Session with B-School Students at De Paul Institute of Science & Technology, (DIST) Angamally on 26-9-09. The programme started with a presentation by Mr. K. Suresh, Executive Committee Member and Vice Chairman Membership Committee on NIPM activities.
The Senior Professionals attended the programme are Mr. P. Premchand, Mr. N. Vijayan Pillai, Mr. G. Anilkumar, Mr. Edwin James & Mr. R. Surendran Nair. Dr. K.A. Mathew, Dean & Director, DIST welcomed the guests and participants. Mr. Venkateswaran, MD, TELK Angamaly inaugurated the function and Dr. K. K. Anirudhan, Asst. Professor, DIST proposed vote of thanks.
