De Paul School of Management and the NIPM Kerala Chapter jointly organized the Global Management Colloquium-2014 on "Workplace Wellness" at Hotel Airlink Castle, Athani, Cochin, on the 11th of December 2014. It provided an excellent international platform for sharing deep knowledge on workplace wellness, passionately discussing topics like wellbeing at the workplace and its direct impact on productivity, conflict management possibilities, CSR, employee volunteering, and active employee engagement.

Noted resource persons and guests such as Dr. Steven Onken (Associate Professor, University of Northern Iowa), Ms. Amanda Kruger (President, Australian Association of Social Workers North Queensland), and Prof. Lambert Engel Brecht (Department of Social Work, Stellenbosch University, South Africa) made the forum incredibly alive.

An International Conference on “Triple Bottom line for sustainability, the role of Government, Corporate and Non Profit Sectors” was proudly held on the 19th and 20th of December 2016 at IMA House Kaloor, in close association with De Paul University Chicago. The valedictory message was delivered by Dr. Sashi Tharoor, MP, and Dr. M C Dileepkumar, Vice Chancellor of Sanskrit University, was also present.

Different technical sessions led by veterans like Rev. Fr. Dr. Noel Seth, SJ, Dr. Biju Varkkey (Professor, IIM Ahmedabad), Mr. T.K. Jose IAS (Principal Secretary Local Government), and Mr. George Thomas (Executive Director ESAF microfinance) made the conference intellectually rejuvenating. Out of 70 received abstracts, 53 insightful papers were presented in three parallel sessions. The research papers broadly covered critical areas of corporate social responsibility, sustainability in food production, marketing, finance, HR, and its environmental impact.

The primary theme of this digital conference was "excellence", and it was dynamically conducted in an online mode using the Cisco Webex platform. Registration for the conference was fully open to professionals, management practitioners, academicians, research scholars, and students.

The conference started at 10 am on the 9th of December. Dr. Geo Baby, Director of the School of Management, welcomed the gathering, and Rev. Fr. (Dr.) John Mangalath VC addressed the participants and delegates. The conference was formally inaugurated by Dr. Anandakuttan Unnithan, Dean of IIM Kozhikode, who pointed out the immense importance of excellence in the vital fields of finance, HR, marketing, and all other areas of management.

The second day's session featured a powerful keynote address by Dr. Ringo Rajagopal (CEO, uMobi solutions corporation, New Jersey, USA), who profoundly shared his unique thoughts on building organisational excellence through visionary leadership. A total of 14 participants effectively presented their papers across the two days. The panelists were Prof. Dr. Mani K P (Management Research Expert), Mr. M. S. Sreekumar (President B2N Consulting), and Dr. Sajithamony (Data Analyst).

The prestigious 'Best Paper Award' was given to Prasanth P John (Research scholar, Karunya University) for the insightful paper titled ‘Effect of Employee Welfare measures on Employee satisfaction in Textile Industry in Kerala’, securing a cash prize of ₹5,000 and a certificate. From the students' group, the best paper award was proudly presented to Lakshmi B for the paper titled ‘Theory of Planned Behaviour Approach to Socially Responsible Investing’, earning a cash prize of ₹3,000 and a certificate.
